  • Grandmother's Flower Garden - front

    Early work

I took up quilting as a "serious" hobby in 1995, and it remained as only that (i.e., a hobby) until 2003, when I decided to take this passion to a professional level. During all these years, I have sewn hundreds of projects - way too many to feature here. Contemporary, whimsical appliqué quilts tend to be where I go these days, but there will always be a soft spot in my heart for traditional pieced quilts. Some of the first ones I made continue to be my favorites.
