Chismosas

A group of Andean indigenous women huddle together to share a secret. Gossip is a theme often portrayed in weavings throughout the Andean culture. This is my contemporary rendition of the theme, designed for an appliqué interpretation. (In Spanish, "chismosas" means gossipers.)
